At Bloomfield Bath, we aim to get your beauty essentials to you as fast as possible. This policy outlines how you can manage your standard purchases and recurring subscriptions in accordance with our custom production process.

1. Standard Order Cancellations

Because Bloomfield Bath products involve a custom production and printing process, our system begins fulfillment almost immediately.

  • Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel a standard order within 6 hours of purchase.
  • The Production Cut-off: Once an order has entered the "Production" or "Printing" stage (even if within the 6-hour window), it can no longer be canceled or modified due to the custom nature of the item.
  • Post-Fulfillment: Once a shipping label has been created, the order is final. Please refer to our https://bloomfieldbath.com/policies/refund-policy for details on why custom-produced items are non-refundable.
  • How to Request: Email avnurse@live.com immediately with the subject line: "URGENT: Cancellation Request - [Your Order Number]".

 


 

2. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you selected at checkout.

  • Payments: Your payment details are stored securely. You will be automatically charged for each scheduled delivery unless you have paid in advance.
  • Auto-Renew: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel it.
  • Management: You have full control over your subscription. You can change or cancel it via the management link found in your Order Confirmation emails.
  • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next custom-produced shipment, please cancel or modify your subscription at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

 


 

3. Returns & Hygiene Standards

In alignment with our https://bloomfieldbath.com/policies/refund-policy, please note that personalized or custom-labeled bottles are non-returnable. For non-customized items to be eligible for a return, they must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
